Singleton is now an Auburn Tiger

Auburn just added a major weapon to its wide receiver room, and it checks every box Tiger fans have been asking for.

USF transfer wide receiver KeShaun Singleton has officially committed to Auburn, and the impact could be immediate.

Singleton arrives on the Plains after a breakout 2025 season at South Florida, where he emerged as one of the most productive and explosive receivers in the Group of Five. In 2025, Singleton posted 50 receptions for 877 yards and 8 touchdowns, averaging a staggering 17.5 yards per catch. That yards per reception number alone tells the story that Singleton isn’t just moving the chains, he’s flipping the field.

At 6’3”, 215 pounds, Singleton looks the part of a true SEC boundary receiver. He’s a physical specimen with a strong frame, long arms, and the ability to win through contact. This isn’t a finesse-only wideout. Singleton thrives in contested-catch situations, uses his body well against defensive backs, and has the strength to break tackles after the catch. Auburn has been searching for that blend of size, speed, and physicality on the outside. Singleton brings all three.

What makes this addition even more intriguing is how his 2025 production stacks up against Auburn’s current receiver room. If Singleton’s 2025 stat line were dropped directly into Auburn’s numbers from last season, he would have led the Tigers in receiving yards and touchdowns. That’s not projection, that’s production. Auburn has talent at wide receiver, but Singleton instantly raises the ceiling and gives the offense a proven vertical threat who has already shown he can be “the guy.”

There’s also a comfort level here that shouldn’t be overlooked. Singleton is already familiar with the offensive structure Auburn is building because of Alex Golesh and Joel Gordon, both of whom made the transition from USF to Auburn. That continuity matters. Singleton understands the terminology, route concepts, and expectations of the system. That familiarity should shorten the learning curve and allow him to contribute early rather than spending months catching up.

For Auburn, this is more than just a transfer pickup, it’s a statement. Singleton brings size, experience, and real production into a receiver room that needed a proven playmaker. If his USF performance is any indication, Auburn fans should get ready to see No. 1 type production on Saturdays as he will upgrade the offense the moment he steps on campus.
